We process orders in the order they are received. At this time, we're able to ship from our site in about 1-2 business days for most domestic orders. That's not delivery time, that's when it ships *.
Please allow up to 5 business days for Priority Mail or 1st Class delivery inside the U.S.
International and volume discount customers: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
*If you need us to get it out faster, please contact us by email and we'll happily accommodate your needs if we have your requested item(s) in stock and/or whenever possible.
Important Note to International Customers: You are responsible for duty fees and/or licensing through customs in your own country.
What is your refund policy?
Plastic capsule filler and tamping tool may be returned for refund, less shipping, and handling, within 30 days of delivery. International and volume discount orders excepted. Filler and tamper must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Sorry, but for health considerations, there is no refund on opened, unsealed or penetrated vegetable or gelatin capsule packages.

You're certainly welcome to try, however, Empty Caps Company in Murrieta is not a retail outlet.
